When can I expect my delivery?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the next working day, if in stock. This is with the exception of products on color code, which we try to deliver between 3-5 working days.
How can I place an order at MAVRO?
You can place your order quickly and easily via our webshop (www.mavro-int.com/webshop). Of course you can always contact one of our technical advisors or our office staff. This can be done by telephone on: 0418 680 680 or send an email to email@example.com. You can of also send a WhatsApp message to 06 25 21 56 10.
Can I cancel an order?
This is possible if the order has not yet been picked up by the carrier. Do you want to cancel an order? Then contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0418 680 680.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders under an amount of € 300, we charge shipping costs of € 15 (excl. VAT).
Orders by phone, by e-mail or via our technical advisers must be paid to MAVRO within 30 days of the invoice date. It’s not possible to pay afterwards with orders via the webshop.

We think paying securely is very important and that you as a customer feel that you pay securely and reliably at MAVRO. We only work with payment providers that guarantee safety. With us you can pay your webshop orders by iDeal, Klarna, Creditcard, Paypal and Apple Pay.
